Prenatal Classes -
Interested in staying fit during
your pregnancy?
Our prenatal
Fitness class is the best way to
get you in tip-top shape for the
"main event". Classes focus on
strengthening the muscles
responsible in maintaining a
healthy pregnancy & delivery.
This program has been designed
to address the fitness needs of
every mother-to-be before &
after her pregnancy, & to help
each woman maintain and achieve
her fitness goals. The prenatal
Exercise program is an on-going,
bi-weekly class consisting of a
progress exercise program.
Classes incorporate a blend of
Pilates, weight training and
yoga to strengthen, stretch, and
condition your muscles. Classes
provide range of motion
strength-training exercises, &
cardio-vascular drills that are
adjusted to adapt to woman's
specific needs throughout her
pregnancy.

Camp Will Help!
The perfect class for moms
that are looking to get back in
shape but aren't ready to
leave their babies in daycare.
This class is designed to guide
you back into a fitness routine
while bonding with your infant.
Classes combine strength
training & cardio vascular
drills & gets those mommy
muscles moving! Special
attention will e given to core
strength. Using you baby as
resistance, the workout starts
out easy & gets more challenging
as your baby grows!

The structure
of both classes follows the
guidelines of the ACOG (American
Collge of Obstetricians and
Gynecologist.) Classes are
taught by Debi Motl, BSN, RNC.
She is a certified
Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness
Instructor, as well as an RN
with many years Experience in
Neonatal Intensive Care &
Maternal Child Health nursing.
Advance Registration is Required
All participants for the
prenatal classes will require
medical clearance & waivers to
be signed by you & your health
car provider (packet will be
provided)
Postnatal class participants may
start after their first
postnatal medical visit with
caregivers written permission.
(generally 4-6 weeks after
delivery) and are open to moms
up to 6 month postpartum.
