fitness industry, avid lover of
sports, former lightweight full
contact champion.

boxing/kickboxing, strength
and conditioning (mental and
physical), goal setting and
achievement.
Approach to Fitness:
Approach to fitness: It is my
belief that every workout should
develop mind and body. In the
gym and in life we must know our
goals and continuously strive to
bring ourselves closer to them.
It is important to take life to
the next level, what you do here
will roll over into all areas of
life.
Final Note:
I believe in people and in what
I do. Exercise should be a
regular regimen in your life.
Research, science, and medical
studies all support the
importance of exercise. My
responsibility is to show you
how exciting as well as
rewarding an exercise program

Swift

Certified Fitness Trainer
Background: Multi-sport
participation, Matt has been
working with clients for over
ten years.
Specialties/Qualifications:
Matt has had great success
working with clients of all
walks of life. Using cross
training as a science, he has
the flexibility to work with
just about any person regardless
of their desired goal or current
conditioning level. While his
particular approach lends itself
most to weight loss training and
general conditioning, Matt has
helped clients to rehab
injuries, build muscle, and
improve athleticism.
Approach to Fitness:
My training repertoire includes
multiple modalities developed
over the years through education
and experience. Carefully
implemented in the right
sequence, and fashioned to meet
the needs of each individual
client, my programs are
versatile and effective. By
integrating nutritional guidance
and fitness learning into a well
formulated workout routine all
my clients will see results.
Final Note: Achieving
goals is never easy. If it were
they wouldn’t be goals at all,
they would merely be things you
have not done yet. It’s going
to be challenging, and it’s
going to be frustrating at
times, but I am here to pass you
the binoculars when the finish
line seems out of sight and to
draw you a map when you lose

Rocky Rivera

Background: I have over
25 years of experience in weight
training and sports. He has been
trained and competed in most
sports at one point or another.
In addition, Rocky is a
dedicated fireman meeting all
the physical training
requirements to maintain active
status.
Specialties/Qualifications:
Mature training, training
for older adults, general
conditioning, weight and sports
training.
Approach to Fitness:
Fitness is as important as good
nutrition. By having a
personalized fitness program
people can live longer and
improve on their overall mental
state. Fitness is very important
to me, and as a personal trainer
my goal is to help clients to
reach their immediate goals
while encouraging them to make
fitness a life style.
Final Note: I became a
personal trainer to give back to
others. I strive to pass my
passion for fitness on to
everyone interested. For those

Larry Esposito

and playing semi-pro soccer. 14
years of fitness, nutrition and
weight training.
Specialties/Qualifications: I
put a special emphasis on the
“practice what you preach”
philosophy. I am a firm
believer in maintaining a high
personal fitness level and
transfer my motivation to my
clients. With the right
combination of cardio and diet,
all your hard work in the weight
room becomes quickly evident.

Semi-Pro competitor, Hector has
spent the last several years as
both a personal trainer and
coach.

Hector’s training tactics
incorporate a biological,
psychological and emotional
perspective. As a coach, he has
been developing strength and
conditioning programs for all
types of athletes. Having
personal experience with
overcoming injury, Hector has a
safety first work hard always
approach that is well-founded
and effective. An ISSA certified
trainer and athlete himself;
Hector has expansive knowledge
on training techniques for a
wide range of clients.
Approach to Fitness: My
role as a personal trainer is to
help my clients achieve their
goals. With the understanding
that everybody is different with
different goals, I strive to
create individualized training
programs and motivational
tactics to facilitate the
achievement of personal goals.
Whether training for a national
title or trying to improve your
health, it is my mission to
develop and carry out a training
program that will suit your
needs. Overall, my approach to
fitness is to seamlessly
integrate my “old school”
training mentality into modern
techniques and surroundings. It

Frank Marcotrigiano

Background: Frank is
formerly a Semi-Pro Athlete,
with playing, coaching, and
consulting experience in soccer,
baseball, softball, and golf.
He has been involved in the
fitness industry for upwards of
twenty years, and has many
accomplishments to his credit
including becoming the two-time
NPC New York Metropolitan
Bodybuilder & Fitness Champion
(2000/2001).
Specialties/Qualifications:
Rehabilitation of clients w/
injuries, bodybuilding, and body
sculpting.
Approach to Fitness:
Sessions with me will include
form and technique perfection
through active learning and
hands on instruction. Strength
training and conditioning will
be promoted with the assistance
of free weights, machines,
balance aids and proprietary
methods I have developed to
trigger desired results.
Whether the goal is mass
development, weight loss, or
something in between I have a
program to get you there.
Final Note: I enjoy
working with people to help them
achieve their goals. My clients
make great strides in the gym
while working with me, but more
satisfying then this are the
positive changes that occur in
ones life due to these seemingly

General fitness conditioning,
multi-sport coaching, and boxing
master trainer.
Approach to Fitness: I
have a “lets get it done”
approach to fitness. Together
we will do whatever is necessary
to get the job done. You supply
the effort and I will supply the
know-how and support. Through a
variety of different types of
training, we will sculpt your
body to fit the image you have
in your mind.

part, but you need to do yours.
Show up, eat right, work out
hard, and we’ll get you there.
There is no limit to what a
person can accomplish with hard
