Boxing Gym 

In this new age of fitness we are constantly seeking out new things to excite us about working out, staying in shape and feeling good about ourselves.

 

 

 

Boxing is an amazing work out that combines cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strengthening, quickness and agility. When properly trained and supervised, most professionals agree, boxing is one of the most effective forms of training.



Classes will consist of technique work, pad drills and bag training. Classes are exciting, fun, and addictive!
