working out, staying in shape

ourselves.

Boxing is an
amazing work out that combines
cardiovascular conditioning,
muscle strengthening, quickness
and agility. When properly
trained and supervised, most
professionals agree, boxing is
one of the most effective forms
of training.

Classes will consist of
technique work, pad drills and
bag training. Classes are
